An exhibition of a new suite of prints created by David Frazer in collaboration with Marianne Faithfull, in the twelve months before
the singer's death, in January 2025.
This set of arresting wood-block images was created by Frazer as the artwork for Faithfull’s four-track EP, Burning Moonlight; her final recording. They are images freighted with a poignant rock-and roll lyricism, that perfectly expresses the elegiac quality of Faithfulll’s music.
The record, completed at the end of last year, will be released on 15 April 2025, on the same day as the opening of the exhibition - sixty years on from the release of Faithfull’s eponymous debut album in
1965. Both exhibition and EP-release will provide an fitting elegy to the enduring legacy of one the most stylish and resilient figures of British Popular Culture.
